ABOUT ME

My name is Carl Nord and I have been training for 20 years. I weighed 59 kg/130 lbs when I was 19 years old and tried to work out in the gym with a feeling of discomfort and nervousness. I didn't fall head over heels right away, but I tried working out a few times until I realized that it only does me good.

I rarely had anyone to train with and the motivation was low. I still managed to get through the whole maze and become a fitness person.

I have read about nutrition for many years and ate the classic rice and chicken meals, I tested amounts of supplements and believed that protein supplements were necessary to get the right amount of protein, etc.

I have struggled with injuries such as chias, shoulder injuries, tingling in the arms, muscle strains, weak links, yes the list is long.

 

I have been to many gyms and tried many exercises because I love to be active. I have learned the ultimate technique and Iv'e read books about nutrition, anatomy and psychology.

Now I want to send the elevator down and help you live a healthy life by sharing the information I didn't have at the beginning of my fitness journey.
